Advance Property Care has been in the business since 1992. Our reputation for excellent customer service, great value for money, and above all the trust placed in us by both our landlords and tenants have allowed us to develop into one of the leading property letting and management businesses in Waterford City and it's surrounding areas.

For landlords, we offer a complete management and maintenance service to help them realise the full potential of their rental property. For tenants, we offer a wide range of houses and apartments to suit every taste and budget.

Over the last few years we have managed, and successfully turned around a number of apartment complexes. Our success rate in this area is second to none. A well-managed complex is crucial to getting a landlord the maximum return on their investment.

As an established lettings and management agency, we are fully licensed and tax compliant in accordance with legislation in this area. We enjoy friendly and open relationship with all sides involved in this business.

Meet the Team

Damian Horgan

Director

Damian started off in the early 80’s in Cork having studied electronic engineering. Having spent 5 years working in this sector, he set up a Graphic Design and Advertising company with his partner. Gull Design specialized in Corporate Identity and Branding and had clients both in Ireland and abroad. Whilst continuing business in design, in 1992 Damian found his passion to be in property, whether it be renovating run down property, or managing, it was here he excelled. 12 years later he left the design business altogether, instead turning all his attention into his passion for property.With a clear business mind, and shrewd management he has steered Advance Property Care through the recession where many other companies in this industry fell, all the while increasing staff and growing the bottom line.

Linda Ryan

Office Manager & Senior Letting Agent

Having spent 11 years working for Bosch and Lomb, 6 of them as a Manager, Linda joined Advance Property Care in 2008. Her experience in dealing with people through her previous job, has enabled her to resolve any problems. This and her ability to know exactly what type of apartment/house will suit a particular tenant makes her an invaluable member of Advance Property Care.

Kathy Phillips

Receptionist & Customer Service

Kathy is the newest member of the Advance Property Care team, joining in May 2013. She started her career with a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from the Russian International Academy in Riga, Latvia. Shortly thereafter she moved to Ireland and continued her studies, earning a further diploma in Advanced English and Business Administration. Due to her studies in multiple countries, Kathy has become fluent in Russian, Latvian and English allowing Advance Property Care to conduct hassle free business with citizens from many countries. This makes her another key member of the team.
